Jay Stephenson has been involved in business development for over 30 years including approximately 27 years as Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for various listed and unlisted entities in a variety of industries. Jay has been involved in business acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings, capital raisings, business restructuring as well managing all areas of finance for companies.
Jay provides services in IPO/RTO management, Corporate Advisory, Company Administration, Accounting, Taxation and Corporate Governance. On most engagements, Jay takes on the appointment of a statutory office holder, either as a Director, Company Secretary or Chief Financial Officer.

He specialises in data analysis, financial analysis and automating tasks. He provides services in accounting, bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements and advisory services on improving business processes.
Vaibhav holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has completed a financial modelling qualification from the Institute of Financial Studies, India.
