She also served as a director of a Western Australian corporate services firm focused on the resource and mining industries. Julia is a certified practitioner in Governance Practice and Administration and holds an Affiliated Membership with the Governance Institute of Australia, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence in corporate governance.

Niluka has been involved in accounting, taxation, and auditing for 12 years both in Australia and overseas. She has worked in a diverse range of industries including banking, finance, manufacturing, and advertising. ​Niluka provides services in bookkeeping, payroll, tax returns, business activity statements, and all forms of financial reporting for small and medium entities.​Niluka holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, and a member of CPA Australia.
